Gemtrack collects the information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, gem records, payment details, and media attachments. We also collect basic device information, IP address, and app usage analytics to improve the service.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. You can also enable a passcode lock within the app for additional on-device security.

6. Your Rights & Data Retention

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your data or delete your entire account through Settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed. We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
